"What's Cooking?" - About the Program

 "What's Cooking?"

Saturday Nights 6:30pm to 8pm

What’s Cooking?

Young cooks age seven to eighteen cultivate their culinary skills and experience an assortment of foods by participating in cooking classes held at Trinity’s Saturday night What’s Cooking? classes.
What happens when you combine good food and a Bible devotion? You have a kid friendly class that nourishes the body and the soul!

The cooking portion is led by our pastor’s wife, Sherry Polaske. Kids learn about their favorite meals and are introduced to some new favorites. What’s Cooking? classes include shopping tips & grocery list, hands-on instruction and recipes to take home so students can share what they learn with family and friends.

The Bible devotion is led by our Youth Director, Bob Myers. An interactive and fun program written at a basic level. Instead of just talking to students about how they should live, What’s Cooking? shows each student how by blending simple instruction with real life experiences on a variety of timely topics.

Classes are held each Saturday evening beginning at 6:30 pm and they run until 8:00 pm. Everyone is welcome. If you need more information or have a question, click here to send an e-mail.
